I dont see how people have the right to vote to deny me rights!?
But even in my own pool of friends, neighbors, and family, gay marriage is a debatable issue? Guess they don't want me to get a wedding some day? Why? I'm not sure. If you are not gay, I don't see that you'd want a gay wedding, and hence what threat is there to you?
This, to me, is really a vote about homophobia, and I fear I'm finding the liberal blue state of California still may have a ways to go with dealing with homophobia. Well, on November 5, we will know, how far we have come, and how far will have yet to go.
I urge Californians to VOTE NO on PROP 8!

Hell yea! I think that all of the debunking of the Yes on 8 ads is gonna help a little... at least with those that are swayed by ads... I saw some of it on the news last night....
