Its still cold and rainy, and I slept till 5pm today, though I worked till 6am, and went to bed at 7:30. Still its hard to be one nights in the winter some times. When I"m tired and want to sleep the day away, I lose out on the day entirely. I did manage to motivate myself to get to my laundry and clean up around the house. I need to sort through some paperwork later, have random tax statements rolling in now, reminding me its almost that time. I"ll probably make a short day of it today, and sleep more, hopefully wake up in the morning again and be able to enjoy the day a bit more, though its going to be another really rainy stormy day.

It is hard not to sleep all day when you work nights. I had the same problem when I had that schedule while I was in the military.
How I envy you! I wish I could sleep my life away (happy dreams only) and leave reality and the harshness it reveals....
